Aryballe launches a new set of advanced analysis tools

GRENOBLE, France–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Aryballe, the pioneer of digital olfaction, today announced the launch of its Advanced Analytics toolset. Available exclusively in the cloud, Advanced Analytics is the premier product of the global Aryballe SaaS platform and is designed to support and provide remote access to data acquired using Aryballe NeOse Advance and Amplifier.

Digital olfaction is attracting the attention of manufacturers in a multitude of industries – from automotive to perfumes and fragrances to consumer packaged goods. It is increasingly becoming a tool enabling companies to ensure the quality and consistency of their products and to differentiate themselves from the competition.

Through the use of tools such as NeOse Advance with Aryballe’s Advanced Analytics, users will benefit from improved analysis of sensor data, allowing them to go beyond intensity and discrimination measurements. standard. They will have access to higher-level metrics, such as chemical composition estimation through advanced machine learning, advanced dataset filtering, and outlier detection. The Analyte Zone Selector is also available to customize the window of sensor responses to be analyzed, giving users more flexibility for complex samples.

“It’s clearer than ever that when it comes to optimizing odor and taste in the food industry, data analytics is power,” said Florian Viton, vice president, director of R&D management at CJ Cheil Jedang. “Aryballe’s advanced analytics capabilities allow us to better analyze digital odor data, which helps us strengthen our digital transformation efforts and provide our consumers with the highest quality products.”

Designed to support chemical and olfactory analysis laboratories and product development, Aryballe’s Advanced Analytics solution provides users with a robust assessment of digital olfactory technology. It can be applied to three main scenarios:

  • Improved evaluation of measured samples for creating databases

  • Increased flexibility for discriminating product samples

  • Advanced metrics around the detection limit for intensity-based decision making

“At Aryballe, we help companies realize the power of the senses and introduce them to digital olfaction as a way to improve their manufacturing and quality control processes,” said Sam Guilaumé, CEO of Aryballe. “The introduction of Advanced Analytics will allow users to more quickly and better understand the data available to them and therefore apply it to important business decisions.”
